In classic Noma-esque style, we found our utensils, menu, and napkin conveniently tucked away in a hidden drawer right in front of us. The menu consists of a few different types of tasting menus - a five course "Relæ Menu" for 475 kr (about $75 USD) or a ten-course "Relæ experience" for 895 kr ($135 USD). We decided to splurge for the Relæ.

After 8pm a seven course tasting menu priced at 725 DKK (roughly £76 ) is available so we went for that. First up was some sourdough bread that had a gloriously treacly crust served alongside some great quality olive oil. Our first course was trout, chicken skin and mushrooms which, due to the whole thing being covered in grated raw mushroom.

The 7 course dinner only come in 1 dish of meat -- Lamb. Even though it advertise as 90-100% organic, the price is not worth for all the vegetable that they serve. Wine paring is not that impressive with minimal plate presentation. 2nd night in Denmark. Worse meal on our entire trip so far. Overpriced for the taste of food you get.
